Position Overview

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software architecture to create comprehensive designs for large-scale enterprise applications that align with our clients' strategic objectives.

You will play a key role in architecture governance and contribute to enhancing our assurance processes.
Your leadership will guide delivery teams in executing the design with precision and confidence.
Key Qualifications

While prior experience as a technical architect is not mandatory, we expect you to demonstrate a solid background in technical architecture.

During the selection process, we will seek evidence of your ability to:

- Foster strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders to provide clear technical direction and achieve consensus on your designs.
- Develop and implement innovative technical designs for modern enterprise applications, utilizing or defining effective patterns and technologies.
- Identify and adhere to system qualities (non-functional requirements).
- Possess a robust understanding of software development, programming languages, modeling languages, and methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Evaluate and introduce new patterns, approaches, and technologies to project teams.
- Mentor and coach fellow team members.

In addition to technical skills, there are essential core competencies required to excel in this consulting role.

During the interview, you will be asked to articulate your approach to architecture, delivering business outcomes, and engaging stakeholders.

If you progress to the next stage, you will be required to present a proposal based on a case study and a problem statement.

Preferred Experience
While not essential, familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, Open Agile Architecture) is advantageous.

Compensation

Salary Range for Senior Consultant:
£65,000-£85,000
