The Practice Manager, Orthopaedics at MAP is a key leadership role that oversees the day-to-day operations of our orthopaedic group in Windsor. This position is responsible for managing the clinical operations, staff, and administrative support staff to ensure exceptional patient care and experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, management experience, and a passion for making a meaningful difference in the delivery of care.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee the orthopaedic group practice, including management of all staff, physicians, and administrative support staff.
• Coach, develop, and train staff to become exceptional members of the healthcare team.
• Create best practices and ensure accountability at all levels of the clinic.
• Work with senior leadership on auditing clinical processes, suggesting best practices, and implementing changes to set up the clinic for success.
• Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations flow, including scheduling and coordinating with local hospitals and community partners.
• 10+ years of work experience as an RPN or RN in combination with some management experience.
• A degree in health sciences and/or business administration is an asset.
• Experience managing a private medical clinic is an asset.
