Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Digestive Health Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management and be capable of handling various administrative and supervisory tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of nurses, administrative personnel, and technicians to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  2. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of quality and patient safety.
  3. Implement and maintain electronic medical records systems to optimize patient care and data management.
  4. Coordinate patient scheduling and flow to maximize efficiency and reduce wait times.
  5. Manage clinic finances, including budgeting and inventory control, to ensure effective resource allocation.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  7. Handle human resources duties, such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
Requirements
  1. Proficiency in electronic medical records management and software.
  2. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, with a focus on digestive health.
  3. Experience with Dentrix or similar software is an asset.
  4. Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting is beneficial.
  5. Strong budgeting skills and ability to manage clinic finances effectively.
  6. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and guide the team.
  7. Understanding of human resources practices in a healthcare setting.
Work Environment

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal opportunities available.

Compensation

$25.00-$30.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay.
