As a leading engine component manufacturer, our client is committed to excellence and is looking for a seasoned professional to lead their quality team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct precision part inspections using measurement equipment and CMMs to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the inspection team, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.
  • Quality Improvement: Investigate quality issues, work to resolve them, and implement changes to promote continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Support the wider management team and production staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Advanced Apprenticeship or Higher Education Qualification in Engineering.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in a CNC machining environment, with a proven track record of leading a team.
  • Skills: Proficient in CMM programming, quality control preferably AS9100, and manual dexterity.
Benefits:
  • Full-time, Permanent Position: 40 hours a week.
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
