Position Overview:

We are seeking two Regional Sales Managers to oversee territories in East Anglia and South East, UK. This role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £55,000 along with a performance-based bonus structure.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales operations with a focus on key surgical areas including Urology, Proctology, Gynaecology, and ENT.
  • Provide extensive training and support to end users to ensure optimal product utilization.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities on a monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
  • Optimize territory management through effective planning and organization.
  • Prepare customer proposals in accordance with company pricing guidelines.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials related to products.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to formulate effective strategies for your territory.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Conduct sales forecasting to predict future sales trends.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings to report on activity and progress.
  • Organize and conduct on-site demonstrations of equipment, maintaining a log of all demonstrations.
  • Notify the service department promptly regarding any equipment malfunctions or service needs.
  • Attend relevant conferences, exhibitions, and workshops as required.
  • Support training initiatives provided by our partners at their international facilities.
  • Install and commission equipment, providing follow-up training on its use and clinical applications.
  • Offer expertise in other product specialties and territories as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in medical device sales, particularly in a theatre environment.
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
