As a Senior Production Operative at pladis, your role will be crucial in maintaining line productivity, ensuring timely product output, and achieving operational goals. You will collaborate closely with Team Members and Team Coordinators to uphold safety, quality, and production benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address machinery malfunctions promptly
  • Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
  • Ensure adherence to quality control standards
  • Facilitate communication between Manufacturing and Planning to support production objectives

Required Experience:

  • Background in manufacturing engineering
  • Commitment to safety practices
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and solve problems

Desired Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level in Engineering Maintenance
  • Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Shift Pattern:

Double Days B Shift – Week: am-pm, Week: pm-pm
