Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving manufacturing excellence? Do you have a proven track record of implementing Lean principles and improving operational efficiency? We're seeking a talented Excellence Lead to join our pladis Global team and help us achieve our vision of becoming a world-class manufacturer.

About the Role

As an Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Lean tools and methodologies across our manufacturing sites. You will work closely with our site teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency gains. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goal of becoming a world-class manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation of Lean tools and methodologies across our manufacturing sites
  • Work closely with site teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency gains
  • Develop and maintain the Lean Roadmap, Dashboard, and drive standardization
  • Be the site's key link to the overall program of Excellence, preparing, providing, and advocating alignment through best practice sharing
  • Support Green and Black belt delivery on site through engagement of the correct coaching/training mechanisms
  • Identify, manage, and deliver projects that result in significant cost savings
Requirements
  • Proven track record of operating in a manufacturing/Supply Chain CI culture
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Time Management (incl Delegation)

  • Communication - central & site processes
  • Change Management/Sponsorship skills
  • Decision Making and Influencing
