Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving excellence in manufacturing and supply chain operations? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We're seeking a talented Supply Chain Excellence Lead to join our pladis Global team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating, coaching, and developing teams and individuals at all levels to implement and sustain Lean tools and processes. You will work closely with the Team Managers to ensure the ongoing sustainability of Lean tools on site, driving communications around Lean processes and results, and developing and maintaining the Lean Roadmap, Dashboard, and tracking and reporting of Lean deployment.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables
  • Facilitate and coach teams and individuals to implement and sustain Lean tools and processes
  • Work closely with Team Managers to ensure the ongoing sustainability of Lean tools on site
  • Develop and maintain the Lean Roadmap, Dashboard, and tracking and reporting of Lean deployment
  • Drive communications around Lean processes and results
  • Identify, manage, and deliver projects that result in significant cost savings
Skills & Experience

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record of operating in a manufacturing and supply chain CI culture. You should have strong numeracy and literacy skills, excellent time management and delegation skills, and the ability to motivate and facilitate teams. You should also have a strong understanding of Lean tools and processes, as well as experience in coaching and training.
