About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Learning and Development professional to lead our L&D team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the execution and refinement of our global L&D plan, developing and delivering strategic development programs, and building relationships across the business and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports the growth and development of our employees.
- Create and deliver engaging and effective learning programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that address these needs.
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of our L&D programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in L&D and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of adult learning principles and a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
