Job Title: Adolescent Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to provide intensive support to young people aged and their families. The role involves working closely with children and young people open to children's social care services, helping them remain at home.

  • Must have experience working with Children & Families
  • Hold at least a Level 3 NVQ in Children & Young people
  • Passionate about working with Children, Young people and their families
  • Flexible approach, willing to work on a shift basis that includes evenings and weekends

The Role

We are recruiting for an Adolescent Support Worker on a full-time, permanent basis. The position involves providing support to young people at risk of entering care to stay with their families. You'll work with evidence-based models of practice and assist families in making positive changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a flexible crisis response service
  • Completing initial assessments
  • Developing strong skills in delivering intensive interventions
