A £100m turnover service business based in the UK is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to lead its statutory reporting team.

This is an exciting time to join the business as it undergoes a period of change and restructuring, requiring a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of its statutory financial statements and external audit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role leads on the delivery of statutory reporting, including managing a team of 3.
  • Oversee the timetable and production of statutory financial statements and completion of the external audit.
  • Produce key information, pertaining to areas of responsibility, for the management accounts pack.
  • Lead the team and be responsible for the reconciliation, control, and reporting elements of the balance sheet, including fixed assets, stock, and investments.
  • Lead on the production of the rolling, monthly cash flow forecast.
  • Control the treasury management to maximise the financial return on working capital and investments.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified with a background in financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles under UK GAAP.
  • Able to manage and resolve conflicting priorities and stakeholder concerns.
  • Able to build and maintain effective networks both internally and externally.

Pay: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year.
