Project Manager - Civils and Groundworks

GNA Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Civils and Groundworks to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Civils and Groundworks.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
