Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team at TRS Consulting Services Limited. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the medical imaging sector.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of MRI systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical imaging technology and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer in the medical imaging sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MRI systems and related equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the UK.
