Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality management system and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to meet ISO/TS standards and customer requirements.
* Establish and maintain quality control processes, including the documentation and implementation of quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection methods.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and develop action plans to address them.
* Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
* Manage and maintain our internal and external quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and quality records.
* Provide guidance and support to employees on quality-related matters, including training and development initiatives.
* Interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to address quality concerns and facilitate effective communication.
* Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and changes in quality standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive sector.
* In-depth knowledge of ISO/TS quality standards and requirements.
* Strong understanding of automotive quality control methods, tools, and techniques.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
* Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and managing customer complaints.
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools is preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
* Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
