Description:

Quality Assurance Manager, QA Manager, Software Test Manager, Software Development, Application development, Release Management, Ecommerce – East Midlands 65K

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team and drive quality excellence across multiple IT domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive QA / Test Management experience, a strong understanding of IT transformations, and the ability to balance technical, soft, and management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing QA processes across application development, e-commerce, and client-facing systems.
  2. Leading the QA team to meet/exceed customer expectations.
  3. Developing and implementing QA procedures, processes, and metrics.
  4. Ensuring organization-wide adherence to QA standards.
  5. Maintaining high-quality standards for software, products, and services.

Additionally, the candidate will assist in QMS design and provide expert input for new policies, procedures, and business processes. This is a role that requires autonomy, respect, and a strong ability to make changes and drive results.

The salary on offer is 65K + Benefits, with a flexible work arrangement of 2 days a week in the office, commutable from Nottingham, Leicester, and Derby. We value diversity and encourage candidates of all ages and backgrounds to apply.
