Description:

Quality Assurance Manager, QA Manager, Software Test Manager, Software Development, Application development, Release Management, Ecommerce – East Midlands 65K

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team and ensure the highest quality standards for our software, products, and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive QA / Test Management experience and a strong understanding of IT transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage QA processes across multiple IT domains, including application development, e-commerce, and internal business systems.
  2. Lead the QA team to meet/exceed customer expectations.
  3. Develop and implement QA procedures, processes, and metrics.
  4. Ensure organization-wide adherence to QA standards.
  5. Maintain a balance of technical, soft, and management skills.

Requirements:

  1. Identify and evaluate QMS-related policies and processes.
  2. Assist in QMS design and provide expert input for new policies, procedures, and business processes.

This is a role that requires autonomy and respect, where you will be expected to make changes and drive improvements. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, can anticipate and adopt digital/tech innovations, and ensure the team has resources for tech advancements and training.

Salary on offer is 65K + Benefits. 2 days a week in the office, commutable from Nottingham, Leicester, and Derby. Parking onsite.
