About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific site and ensure all works are completed within time and to budget
  • Communicate effectively with the site team and stakeholders
  • Prepare site reports for senior management
  • Ensure all works are on time and deal with any day-to-day issues that may arise

Project Overview: Our company works on a range of projects, from £1 million to £150 million. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Communicate with the site team and stakeholders
  • Prepare site reports for senior management
  • Ensure all works are on time and deal with any day-to-day issues that may arise

What We Offer:

  • Salary between £55,000 - £65,000
