Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the waste processing facility and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and coordinate various departments to ensure seamless business operations.
- Contribute to the financial planning process by providing insights and performance feedback to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Support the executive team in executing business strategies and operational management.
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all team members under your supervision.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to align with the evolving needs of the organization.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of fleet and equipment to support operational demands.
- Assist the sales team in driving business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the waste management industry.
- Proven track record in managing operations within a heavy industrial setting.
- Familiarity with the installation and management of new equipment and machinery.
- COTC Level 1 & 2 certification, with a willingness to pursue Level 4.
