Job Title: Planning Coordinator – EU Wholesale

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Coordinator to join our EU Wholesale team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Wholesale planning team in the accurate processing of sales and maintenance of databases and planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with external Partners to chase in sales reports and process data into a useable format.
  • Upload and maintain accurate sales and stock reporting on internal systems.
  • Report sales and KPIs to wider commercial teams.
  • Consolidate data and support reporting of weekly trade reports.
  • General maintenance and up-keep of internal systems and databases.
  • Monthly updates and maintenance of planning tools, i.e., WSSI.
  • Work on select Partner WSSIs – actualize sales and stock, analyze and forecast future selling and summarize strategic actions with the Product Planners support.
  • Work closely with the Product Planners on weekly review of NOS program, highlighting and proposing replenishment opportunities.
  • Produce ad hoc reports to support trade analysis and strategic decision making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in Planning/Allocations and/or shop floor retail experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills
  • Well organized with efficient time management skills
