About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Navigator to join our dedicated team at BRC. As a Recovery Navigator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, empowering them to achieve improved mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to improving mental health and well-being in the community through effective support and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals to develop personalized recovery plans, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Provide education and resources to individuals and their families, promoting mental health awareness and understanding.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and care for individuals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health recovery support.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in mental health or recovery support, with a strong understanding of recovery principles and practices.
  • Relevant qualification in mental health, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Additional training in trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary and benefits package, including 26 days annual leave rising by one day each year up to a maximum of 30 days after five years.
