Job Summary:

The Recovery Hub Practitioner position involves working within the Recovery Focus Young People Substance Misuse Recovery Hub. Responsibilities include offering guidance, conducting assessments, providing brief interventions, and creating and delivering group programs and workshops for young individuals. The role also entails collaborating with other Recovery Focus team members and external associates to enhance, publicize, and assess the various groups available at the hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement group programs and workshops for young individuals.
  • Collaborate with team members and external associates to enhance and publicize groups available at the hub.
  • Provide guidance and support to young individuals, including conducting assessments and brief interventions.
  • Work closely with the social enterprise café to provide occasional support with basic tasks.

Requirements:

This is a fixed-term role that requires the post holder to commit to 37 hours per week.
