Hours: Monday and Friday, 8am until 4pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized School PA to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our senior leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of our school office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with senior leaders regarding daily events, diary management, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage the school office and be an internal and external ambassador for the school.
  • Adapt to the changing needs of the school and maintain a proactive approach.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
  • Support the Trustee Board by managing and coordinating communication between the school and the board.
  • Maintain the school's high standards and contribute to a welcoming environment.
  • Attend relevant training and actively pursue personal development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Proficiency in IT packages such as Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role, supporting senior management.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Recent DBS or subscription to the update service (desirable)
