Community Learning and Development Manager

liveArgyll is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage, develop, and support the delivery of Community Learning and Development services throughout Argyll and Bute.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will have the ambition, drive, and experience to lead the development of community learning and development services, working closely with stakeholders and partners to achieve our goals.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about community development and has a strong track record of delivering high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with community groups, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop community learning and development services throughout Argyll and Bute
- Work closely with stakeholders and partners to achieve our goals
- Build strong relationships with community groups, partners, and stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our communities
Requirements:
- Experience in community learning and development or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with community groups, partners, and stakeholders
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
