Community Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Argyll Bute Council.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting the delivery of Community Learning and Development services throughout Argyll and Bute.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week.
We are looking for someone with the ambition, drive, and experience to:
- Develop and implement effective community learning and development strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, stakeholders, and partners
- Manage and coordinate community learning and development programs and services
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community learning and development initiatives

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as education, community development, or social sciences
- Proven experience in community learning and development, including program management and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
