About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Technology Director to lead our digital transformation efforts and spearhead the development of our technology landscape.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for defining, transforming, and optimising our technology strategy to deliver maximum value and efficiency for our organisation and its beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a technology strategy aligned with our organisational objectives.
  • Lead operational and strategic planning for the IT department, focusing on innovation, resource allocation, and project planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to craft a digital strategy that supports our mission and goals.
  • Integrate data and technology services across the organisation to support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on all technology-related matters.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior managers to understand and meet their technology needs.
  • Oversee the development of technology solutions that enhance contract performance while ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards.
  • Drive the timely delivery of a technology portfolio that aligns with our business strategies.
  • Develop and manage relationships with third-party providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage the technology budget, ensuring financial efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of ICT disciplines, strategy, and architecture.
  • Proven track record in leading technology transformations within complex organisations.
  • Experience in integrating ICT functions across geographically diverse environments.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
