Responsibilities


• This position involves diverse tasks, requiring regular communication with both colleagues and clients. It is essential to understand that this role is hybrid, encompassing both administrative duties and direct customer interactions via phone.

• Managing all communications from our internal and external clients, ensuring they are informed about progress and that subsequent steps are clearly understood.

• Keeping scheme data organized, while administering and updating individual records for customers and clients.

• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure that customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Eligibility for the program requires candidates to be at least 16 years old and reside in Wales.

Qualifications

Requirements


• Candidates must be 16 years or older and live in Wales.

• Excellent communication and administrative abilities, with a strong desire to support customers in various circumstances.
