About the Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial team at Reckitt, a global leader in the hygiene, health, and nutrition sectors. As a Commercial Future Leadership Scheme participant, you will embark on a 2-year journey of growth and development, rotating through various roles to gain a holistic understanding of Sales and Marketing.

Our Commercial team is at the forefront of driving growth for our iconic brands, and we are looking for bright, enthusiastic graduates to join our ranks. If you have a passion for data analysis, creative thinking, and strategic execution, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and brand initiatives, tracking their success and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the National Accounts Team in implementing joint business plans, analyzing performance data, and presenting insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets, managing net revenue, gross margin, and 4P targets (product, placement, price, and promotion).
  • Contribute innovative ideas for brand growth, analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work with the in-store merchandising team to deliver best-in-class sales execution, on-shelf availability, and promotional compliance.
