About the Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial team at Reckitt, a global leader in the hygiene, health, and nutrition industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey and contributing to our mission of protecting, healing, and nurturing in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and brand initiatives, analyzing their success and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the National Accounts Team in implementing joint business plans for key accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular analysis and present monthly performance reviews, sharing insights and recommended actions to drive business growth.
  • Achieve net revenue, gross margin, and 4P targets (product, placement, price, and promotion) for assigned accounts, while working with the in-store merchandising team to deliver best-in-class sales execution.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategic decisions, supporting the execution of local marketing and promotional activities.
