Nursing Associate

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the ongoing assessment, planning, and evaluation of care in line with service pathways and professional standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within your sphere of responsibility.
- Ensure all patients receive high-quality patient care.
- Utilize and further enhance existing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Assist in the management and organization of work in the clinical area.
- Act in accordance with the NMC Code and Trust policies and procedures.
- Provide evidence-based nursing care by providing expert clinical assessment, care planning, care delivery, care evaluation, and clinical advice.
- Ensure all records relating to patient care are accurate, clear, concise, legible, and in accordance with the NMC.
- Actively assess and manage risk within the clinical area.
- Ensure adherence to the Trust Medicines Policy and the NMC Standards for medicines management.
- Participate in the teaching and supervision of other members of staff under the direction of the Team Leader.
- Support the Clinical Governance systems to deliver high-quality care.
