About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner to join our team at Real Life Options. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our services
  • Nurture leads and build relationships with stakeholders and partners to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and write tenders to secure new contracts and expand our services
  • Collaborate with our Bid Writer to develop and submit high-quality tenders
  • Engage with senior management and operational teams to communicate complex specifications and meet deadlines
