About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Access Policy Designer to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing Data Access Policy platforms and interfaces to support 5G/4G/3G mobile data for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design of cloud native PCF, PCRF, and UDR platforms for 5G, 4G, and 3G data, including 5G Standalone.
  • Use technical expertise to transform business needs into cost-effective solutions.
  • Lead technical relationships with stakeholders, including Operations Support, Test, and WLT, as well as Marketing, Revenue Assurance, and Service Management, TSA security team.
  • Be self-motivated and hard-working, leading and working within virtual teams to ensure delivery of best services.
  • Be able and willing to learn continuously to ensure our network remains at the forefront of technology.
Requirements
  • Proven technical knowledge and experience of PCRF platform architecture, including Diameter interfaces.
  • Strong working knowledge of new 5G Standalone architecture and interfaces.
  • In-depth knowledge of PCRF policy design to support current and future data product requirements.
  • Good knowledge of BSS provisioning architecture and subscriber management for the PCRF UDR database.
  • Solid technical understanding of cloud native and VNF platform architecture and deployment.
  • Ability to see things from our customers' points of view when designing solutions.
Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although further checks may be required if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years.
