About the Role

Aldwych Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering project and programme management services across a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, resource allocation, and quality control.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, sub-consultants, and contractors to ensure transparent and quality delivery.

  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

  • Manage client relationships and service delivery on a commission or project basis, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to project governance and fee management activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Relevant construction qualification, such as a degree in construction management or a related field.

  • Proven experience in delivering a range of building projects from inception to completion, with a strong track record of success.

  • Excellent client-facing skills, including experience working with clients on a commission/project basis.

  • Experience in JCT and/or NEC contract administration, with a strong understanding of construction law and regulations.

  • Proficiency in programme and scheduling software, including MS Project or similar tools.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience working in both public and private sectors, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.

  • General knowledge of current legal developments in respect of construction and associated law, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
