Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Programme Services team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects across the region, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Lead project delivery, providing advisory support from senior colleagues, and managing the consultant team and programme through all RIBA stages.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage the client relationship and service delivery on a commission or project basis, ensuring excellent quality and consistent project management reporting.
- Team Management: Manage the project team internally, including resource management and wellbeing, and apply the principles of quality assurance and environmental management in compliance with the organisation's Policies.
- Business Development: Assist with developing new business opportunities and with generating repeat business, contributing towards/leading on project governance and fee management activities.
- Qualifications: A relevant construction qualification or ample experience within the construction industry, and a fully chartered member of a professional body (i.e. RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent recognised institutional body).
- Experience: Previous experience working for a Project Management Consultancy, delivering a range of building projects from inception to completion, and managing other individuals including undertaking performance and development reviews (PDRs) and mentoring and coaching less experienced colleagues.
- Skills: Strong technical health, safety, and environmental knowledge, applicable to the business and wider construction industry, and the ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
