This leading consultancy firm, CV Library, is seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to join their innovative and collaborative team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget, requiring strong time management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand the client's or company's objectives and develop a project plan to achieve them.
  2. Agree on project timelines, costs, and resources with stakeholders.
  3. Create a detailed project schedule and manage project progress.
  4. Lead and manage project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
  5. Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure the best deals.
  6. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
  7. Ensure each project stage is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  8. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  9. Collaborate with junior project managers to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
  1. Degree qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  2. Hold a Project Management Qualification, such as APM, RICS, or similar.
  3. Experience in adopting and managing best practice project management techniques.
  4. Knowledge of pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities and the ability to deliver this service effectively to clients.
  5. Ability to manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  6. Familiarity with different forms of contracts and agreements.
