Solution Deployment Team Lead - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Team Leader to lead our Solution Deployment team in a key role that will make a significant impact on our business. As part of this team, you will be at the forefront of implementing one of the largest MS Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM rollouts globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for the Solution Deployment team, ensuring best practice is set and adhered to.
  • Day-to-day team management responsibility, including setting objectives, task allocation, and technical guidance.
  • Support the development of project plans to influence project timescales and meet stakeholder specifications.
  • Present analysis results and project solutions to key stakeholders, such as senior leaders and internal customers, as necessary.
  • Develop and prepare technical records and reports to demonstrate compliance with associated specifications and relevant standards.
  • Provide technical support to key internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Communicate project status to key stakeholders on a frequent basis.
  • Collect and review project risks and issues, creating action and mitigation plans accordingly.
  • Review RAID logs and escalate as required.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple sites at different stages of deployment within the team.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Essential experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  • Essential experience in Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PLM system(s).
  • Willingness to travel.
