We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our third annual Human Rights Forum, furthering our commitment to amplifying the global fight for LGBTQ+ rights and supporting LGBTQ+ people worldwide.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our important platform for human rights advocacy and awareness. You will work closely with our team to create and maintain partnerships with multiple teams and stakeholders, including elected officials, policy makers, and the international LGBTQ+ community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of our Human Rights Forum, working closely with our team and stakeholders to create a successful and impactful event.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with multiple teams and stakeholders, including elected officials, policy makers, and the international LGBTQ+ community.
  • Collaborate with our team to create innovative and creative approaches to advocacy, ensuring our message is heard and our impact is maximized.
  • Work closely with our volunteer team to ensure the success of our event and the delivery of our mission.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of working across various human rights issues.
  • A passion for LGBTQ+ human rights issues and how to address them.
  • Ability to create and maintain partnerships with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead innovative and creative approaches to advocacy.
