Business Development Manager - Holiday Lettings

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the North Norfolk area. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business across the area, working closely with property owners to promote and sell our travel company's excellent branding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, estate agents, and other key suppliers
  • Negotiate with new and existing suppliers to secure business opportunities
  • Provide advice and support to property owners on how to best feature and sell their properties as holiday lets
  • Take professional photographs of properties and assist in writing creative marketing literature
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management in the travel industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic salary plus monthly sales commission with uncapped OTE of £45k-£50k per annum
  • Fully expensed company car, laptop, and phone
  • 25 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays
