Financial Services Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Consultant to join our team at Tarka Talent. As a Strategic Transformation Associate, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex financial services challenges and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the scoping and delivery of strategic transformation projects in financial services, including operating model design, vendor selection, technology strategy, regulatory projects, process improvement, and cost reduction.
  • Engage with executive leaders of financial services businesses and their teams to deliver complex strategic and transformational solutions.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading strategic transformation projects in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
