Financial Systems Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Accountant to join our growing finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of our ERP system, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the setup requirements and controls within the ERP system on a day-to-day basis
  • Reconcile customer demand with customer orders and control processes
  • Reconcile customer transactions with external bank and credit card payments and associated control processes
  • Control the sales ledger and investigate unusual customer balances
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage the company's cash flow
  • Assist with the production of monthly accounts and forecasts
  • Support the purchase ledger team when required
  • Produce ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed by directors and senior management

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful family-run business with a turnover of £40 million and year-on-year growth. You will work closely with our Finance Manager and Finance Director to support the implementation of our ERP system and play a key role in the finance team.
