Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the registered manager in ensuring compliance with CQC outcomes and delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Work closely with the general practice team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and treatment.
  • Provide cervical cytology and baby immunization services to patients, utilizing your post-registration experience and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the quality outcomes framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • UK registered nurse with post-registration experience.
  • Proficient in cervical cytology and baby immunizations.
  • Good understanding of the quality outcomes framework.
