Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and tenants to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements.
  • Conduct viewings on properties and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Oversee and manage property transactions from start to finish, working closely with solicitors and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the local property market, including current trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and ability to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and resilience.
  • Full UK or EU driver's license and access to a car.
