We are seeking an ambitious and experienced sales negotiator to join our top-performing team in the UK's dynamic and fast-paced property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and tenants to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements.
- Conduct viewings on properties and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Oversee and manage property transactions from start to finish, working closely with solicitors and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the local property market, including current trends and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in estate agency sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and ability to provide expert advice to clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and resilience.
- Full UK or EU driver's license and access to a car.
