About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team at Robertson Bell Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic direction to support the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business growth and strategic objectives.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular financial reports to the Executive Committee and Board, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Grant Management: Oversee the management of grants and project funding, ensuring effective use of resources and compliance with grant requirements.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial leadership and management, preferably in a non-profit or commercial organization.
  • Skills: Excellent financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of finance professionals, with experience in coaching and development.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting financial information to senior stakeholders.
