Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in education and make a positive impact on the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils in 1:1 or small group scenarios to ensure they receive the necessary assistance
  • Assist class teachers with the running of the classroom, including preparing engaging lessons and activities
  • Work closely with pupils who require additional support, including those with special educational needs
  • Engage in bespoke training opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a 2:1 or above in an Education, Psychology, or core subject degree
  • Relevant classroom experience - welcomed but not essential
  • Genuine passion to support primary-aged children, including those with special educational needs

What We Offer:

  • A full-time role, Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only
  • A competitive salary of £460-£480 per week
