Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • AI/ML Model Development: Develop and prototype AI/ML models for predictive maintenance and generative AI, ensuring alignment with business needs and real-world applications.
  • Data Exploration & Engineering: Analyze diverse datasets, performing data cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering to optimize model training.
  • Iterative Model Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize models, ensuring alignment with business needs and real-world applications.
  • Visualisation & Communication: Create clear, compelling visualisations and present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure seamless integration of prototypes into production, fostering teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
  • Innovation & Initiative: Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements, proactively proposing new applications and driving projects independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
Requirements
  • • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • • Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in automotive or IoT contexts.
  • • Expertise in Python, data science libraries, and tools like GitHub for versioning and branching.
  • • Experience with generative AI tools like Hugging Face and implementing solutions on platforms like Azure ML Studio, MLflow or Sagemaker.
  • • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive, self-driven approach to overcoming challenges.
  • • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
