Position Overview:

We are seeking a Hearing Care Specialist to assist in clinic operations, deliver customer-focused Hearingcare solutions, and represent the values of Boots Hearingcare. Your primary role will involve offering knowledgeable and confident support to clients, guiding them in selecting the most suitable products from our extensive range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct thorough hearing evaluations.
  • Safely execute recommended procedures.
  • Maintain precise clinical documentation.

  • Fulfill personal development and continuing professional development (CPD) obligations.

Required Qualifications:

  • BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health Care Professions Council.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Consistent results in clinical audits.
  • Completion of CPD requirements.
  • Achievement of commercial objectives.
  • Strong understanding of audiological principles and excellent administrative capabilities.
