About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion and Animation Designer to join our expanding Creative team at eight&four. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop motion graphics and animations for various projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the latest design trends and technologies
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to junior team members
  • Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
Requirements
  • Comprehensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality motion graphics and animations
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with 3D animation and visual effects
  • Knowledge of typography and graphic design
  • Good illustration skills
  • Social media savvy
  • Experience in the production of content for user acquisition
