Senior Apprenticeship Coordinator

Job Summary:
The University of Greenwich is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Apprenticeship Administrator to coordinate our apprenticeship activities at faculty level. This role will support the learner journey from enrolment to gateway, working with our faculty and university colleagues to ensure a good learner experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service, putting learners at the heart of your work.
- Establish and maintain effective systems and procedures to support apprenticeship activities.
- Analyse problems and recommend appropriate solutions to improve the learner experience.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate effectively with a wide range of people, including staff, learners, and employer partners.
- Work collaboratively with faculty and university colleagues to ensure a seamless learner experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of establishing and maintaining effective systems and procedures.
- Ability to analyse problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication, liaison, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people.
- Minimum requirement of 2 days a week working onsite, one of which will be a fixed day at the Greenwich Campus.
