Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing strong NPI processes to enhance the new product introduction approach. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective NPI processes to ensure seamless product launches
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop new products
  • Lead and coordinate NPI processes across the organization, ensuring timely and efficient product introductions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and NPI processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
