Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team at Westbourne House School. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager and PR Manager in promoting the school to a wide range of audiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to drive recruitment and build the school's profile.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, email newsletters, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and PR Manager to plan and execute events and activities to promote the school.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A degree in marketing, marketing communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience in using social media channels and a management suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
The Marketing Assistant will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for several evenings throughout the year. The role also requires working between 3-6 days per term at the weekend.
Term Time Role:
The Marketing Assistant will work a term time role, plus 10 weeks during the school holiday periods (44 weeks per year in total).
