Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

Church of England Birmingham is embarking on a strategic journey to grow churches in every community. To achieve this, we need to harness the power of data to inform our decisions and drive growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team and help us unlock the full potential of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust data analysis framework to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and challenges.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance and quality assurance processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, with a strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
